The Scalpel is a modern, 38-story office building located in the heart of London’s financial district. Completed in 2018, the building is named after its distinctive shape, which resembles a scalpel blade.
The building’s design features a unique, tapered form that maximizes natural light and creates a striking presence in the city skyline. The exterior is clad in high-quality materials, including glass and stainless steel, giving it a sleek, contemporary look.
How we made it happen
- Attended meetings on behalf of Glass Installation company to discuss technical survey issues
- Execute Engineering of Façade in regards to structural design report.
- Setting-Out of Facade.
- Transference of datum to each level.
- As-Built Surveys of Façade, concrete and steel structures.
- Provide Value engineering to the client
