FENTON SOLAR FARM

Fenton Solar Farm is a large-scale solar energy project located in Haverfordwest, a town in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The project covers an area of around 45 acres and consists of more than 60,000 solar panels, which have a combined capacity of 14.7 megawatts (MW).

The solar farm is capable of generating renewable energy to power over 4,000 homes in the region, while also reducing carbon emissions and contributing to the UK’s renewable energy targets. The Fenton Solar Farm was developed by INRG Solar, a leading renewable energy company, and was commissioned in 2017.

How we made it happen

  • Establishing a control network via GPS around the solar farm
  • Set out road boundaries
  • Set out each individual solar unit panel position
  • All preparation work & reports in AutoCAD format and liaised with design team & client.
