The Mann Island Building is a modern, mixed-use development located on the waterfront in Liverpool, UK. Completed in 2013, the building was designed by architects Broadway Malyan and features a striking, contemporary design.
The building comprises two main components: a 13-story residential tower and a five-story office building, connected by a central atrium. The residential tower contains 376 luxury apartments, while the office building provides over 166,000 square feet of premium office space.
